This Privacy Policy explains how Genadsy (“Genadsy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit genadsy.com or use the Genadsy application. Genadsy is operated by:

Musayko OÜ is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Workspace content. Product photos you upload, brand kits (logos, fonts, colors, tone of voice), text prompts, and the ad creatives you generate.
• Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription plan, billing status and Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, feature usage and credit consumption, used to operate, secure and improve the service.
• Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to secure the sign-in flow. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Why we process your data

• To provide the service (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): operating your account and workspace, generating creatives, processing payments, sending transactional emails such as team invites.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing rate and spend limits, securing and improving the service.
• Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): accounting, tax and other statutory record-keeping.

AI processing

Genadsy generates ad creatives using third-party AI models. Product photos, brand inputs and prompts you submit are transmitted to our AI providers (currently Google and fal.ai) solely to produce your requested outputs. We do not use your content to train our own models.

Service providers

We share data with processors only as needed to run Genadsy: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, hosted in the EU — eu-west-1), Cloudflare (storage of uploaded and generated media, EU jurisdiction), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in and AI generation), fal.ai (AI generation), Trigger.dev (background job processing) and Resend (transactional email). Where providers process data outside the EU/EEA, transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain records to comply with legal obligations (for example, invoicing data retained for 7 years under Estonian accounting law).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a portable copy of the data you provided. Write to mail.genadsy@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest with our hosting and storage providers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard measures.

Children

Genadsy is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
